Ramesh Kr Singh  is a Partner  with Legus Intellect , Having been in the practice for more than 7 years, He manages substantial trademark portfolios for clients. He has advised companies in relation to adoption and protection of their brands and also on the growth and sustainability of their trademarks. Ramesh’s practise areas include drafting trademark applications, trademark infringement opinions, trademark prosecution, oppositions and rectification petitions. He Ramesh Kr Singh also presents application, opposition, assignment and rectification cases at hearings before the Trade Marks Offices and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). He also providing counselling, support and strategy particularly in Industrial Design & Copyright matters.  Adept in handling copyright  and design prosecution matters with an emphasis on solution centric advisory on prosecuting applications keeping in mind long-term enforceability criteria. He is heavily involved in  IP Protection, IP Enforcement – Civil and Criminal; Contractual IP – Agreements, Licensing, Franchising,  Strategic Advisory.Ramesh Kr Singh also assists with the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, and often appears before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, such as the High Court & District courts of India.
